Terms of Service

Last updated: July 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and ItrackPay. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

This page is maintained by ItrackPay to summarise our current practices. It is a general template and does not replace professional legal advice — please review with your legal counsel before publishing production copy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You must not be on any sanctions list or resident in a restricted country.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, PIN and device secure. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Services

ItrackPay provides a mobile wallet supporting bill payments, gift card purchases and redemption, and crypto trading, transfers and swaps. Availability of specific features depends on your location, KYC tier and applicable regulations.

4. Fees and rates

Fees, exchange rates and network costs are displayed in-app before you confirm a transaction. Rates for crypto and gift cards fluctuate and may change between the time you view and confirm an order.

5. Transactions are final

Confirmed bill payments, crypto sends and gift card purchases are generally final and cannot be reversed. Please review every transaction carefully before confirming.

6. Prohibited activity

You may not use ItrackPay for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or any illegal activity. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full list.

7. Crypto risks

Crypto assets are volatile and their value can drop to zero. ItrackPay does not provide investment advice. Do not invest more than you can afford to lose.

8. Third-party services

We rely on third-party providers for bill aggregation, gift card fulfilment, KYC, banking and liquidity. Their availability and performance may affect our services.

9. Suspension and termination

We may freeze, suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraud, breach of these Terms, or if required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Disclaimers

ItrackPay is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ItrackPay will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data or crypto assets caused by network errors or user mistake.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
