Last updated: July 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information ItrackPay collects when you use our website and mobile application, how we use that information, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

This page is maintained by ItrackPay to summarise our current practices. It is a general template and does not replace professional legal advice — please review with your legal counsel before publishing production copy.

1. Who we are

ItrackPay ("we", "us", "our") provides a mobile wallet for bill payments, gift cards and cryptocurrency services. When we refer to "you", we mean anyone who uses our app, website or services.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, government-issued ID and address (for KYC).
  • Transaction data: deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, gift card purchases and crypto trades.
  • Device and usage data: IP address, device identifiers, operating system, app version and interactions.
  • Biometric data: Face ID/fingerprint templates never leave your device; we only receive a success/fail signal.
  • Support data: messages, screenshots and attachments you share with our support team.

3. How we use your information

  • To create and secure your account, and verify your identity (KYC).
  • To process transactions and provide customer support.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, money laundering and abuse.
  • To comply with legal, regulatory and reporting obligations.
  • To improve our services and communicate updates.

4. Legal bases

We rely on the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations (including AML/CFT laws), and your consent where required.

5. Sharing your information

We share personal data with: identity verification providers, bill and gift card aggregators, cryptocurrency liquidity providers, payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, and regulators or law enforcement where legally required. We do not sell your personal information.

6. International transfers

Some of our processors are located outside your country of residence. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

7. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a further period required to meet our legal obligations (typically 5–7 years for financial records) or to resolve disputes.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@itrackpay.com.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption, at-rest encryption, PIN and biometric authentication, and 24/7 monitoring. No system is 100% secure — please keep your credentials confidential.

10. Children

ItrackPay is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email.
